Second commission for ~vladimirsangel of their dragon character KJ, and the first pic I've drawn using my shiny new version of photoshop! I tried out a few new things in drawing/lining and shading him, am really trying to get my line thickness down and super smooth. Practise makes perfect I guess :aww: Also foreshortening on patterns?! WAY above my level of skill! :noes:

KJ is apparently a 'lively, playful child-thing' and Vladimirsangel wanted a pose to show this, so here his is doing his best to catch his tail, silly dragon!

Hope you like it ~vladimirsangel! Thanks for the commish!

If you would like a commission from me, then please see this journal: [link]

KJ belongs to :iconvladimirsangel:, check him out here: [link]

Oh I love it! He looks like he's chasing butterflies - not that he'd probably ever catch one...

You've done such a great job, making his colours really pop, and for some reason his gaping jaw and big green eye just make me smile so much. :D

Thankyou  and I would love to see the sketches as well!

I'm so glad you like it! I will have to make a sketch dump then so you (and all the other people I've done commissions for) can see extra drawings of their characters... this is one of five sketches that were possibilities for this commish!
