Piscari Dragon

Species of dragon for Igbo's world, a rival species and clan I think.

The design is based off a betta fighting fish, so I got the colour scheme from my own pet fish McClane (see him here: [link] or in this ace piece ~AbelPhee did for me: [link]), which was a bit of an error considering how crazy his patterns are (he's a marble, cambodian butterfly with a delta tail!)

Specie name is 'Piscari Dragon' and I think this design will make up a clan called 'Regan'.

see Igbo here: [link] I guess the biggest difference is this sp. is quadruped while Igbo's (a Anguis dragon of the Daudin clan) is bipedal.
